Why be limited to the expertise and knowledge of one coach or personal trainer?  

I was a personal trainer for 8 years before I started Kelowna Bootcamp in 2015 and one of the reasons I decided to move to a bootcamp model is because it would allow me to bring together a team of fitness coaches who collectively could bring more to knowledge, ideas and expertise to everyone we help. Like the old saying goes, 2 horses don’t pull twice as much, but 3 times as much.  

The more coaches, the more we can help of members reach their goals. And it has worked amazingly well as we have helped hundreds of Kelownians lose thousands of pounds and become better versions of themselves!  

Now we are bringing this same idea back to personal training!  

We are now offering 1 on 1 personal training to help anyone who would like the individualized attention to get to their goals.  

But here is the best part! 
Why be limited to one coach? Why not have the choice to work 4 different coaches 1 on 1?  

With our 1 on 1 personal training sessions you will have the choice of which coach you would like to work with every single time! 

For example, maybe you want to increase your flexibility and build muscle. You could set a session with Cheyenne or Asha (our certified yoga instructors) on Monday and then set a muscle building session with Rebecca Tuesday and Thursday.  

Or maybe you want to lose weight and get stronger, so you setup a session with Carly to burn fat Tuesdays and get stronger with Steve on Thursdays. 

Or if one coach is the best fit for you and you stick with them your whole time. It’s up to you! 

Whether your goal is to increase strength, lose unwanted fat, increase flexibility, build mad muscle, tone up, find pain relief, increase stamina, or improve your overall health, this combo of coaches will get you there with uninterrupted attention and help in our 60min private sessions.

Your Coaches

Steve Gronick

I am a Body Transformation and Pain Relief Expert. For over 13 years I have been helping other people realize that they have the power to change their bodies and lives to their own desires.

By achieving my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, 3 international health and fitness certifications, and all 3 Neurokinetic Therapy certifications, I have been able to do just that. I have been able to successfully help, inspire, motivate, and educate hundreds of people towards attaining the body and life they always envisioned themselves having.

My goal has always been to help as many people as possible realize their potential. 

I specialize in pain relief, weight loss, toning, strength and muscle gain.

Rebecca Hayman

Rebecca is a registered Kinesiologist and personal trainer. She specializes in exercise therapy and rehabilitation, as well as muscle building and weight loss. 

Rebecca is certified in back and shoulder rehabilitation and nutrition planning. Working with clients on weight loss through nutrition and specialized training for increased results, she also works with seniors on functional fitness and life longevity. 

Her hobbies include bodybuilding, competing at an international level and working towards her pro-card. She also figure skates and enjoys road biking in the spring and summer.  

She specializes in weight loss, bodybuilding or muscle building, and rehabilitation.

Cheyenne Schoenherr

Cheyenne is a Personal trainer, CSEP-CPT, B. Kinesiology, PN Nutrition 1, and a Certified Yoga Alliance Yoga Instructor. She has built her career around her love of fitness and health and being able to share her passion with the world. 

Cheyenne loves encouraging and guiding people of all shapes and sizes to reach & fulfill their true potential. 

Everyone has their own story and background and she would like to work with your specific needs and goals to help you build and grow. Everyone has their own unique journey to travel.

She specializes in weight loss, yoga for health, flexibility, mobility, and/or rehabilitation, and overall health and well-being.
